Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh - Vice President
A native of Sierra Leone, West Africa has a background as an attorney in private practice in Roseville, Minnesota, practicing Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Immigration and Nationality Law.
An entrepreneur at heart, Mohamed is the founder and President of Sankhar Forex, Inc., a money transfer services business with offices in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and throughout Sierra Leone and Guinea. He also owned and operated an African foods store, Mano River Foods, in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
He attended Magburaka Government Secondary School for Boys and Yengema Secondary School in Yengema, Kono District and is a graduate of Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland with a degree in International Studies and Political Science.
In 2001 he received his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. A Fullah by tribe, he grew up in Sierra Leone’s most diverse district known as Kono, the country’s predominant diamond mining area located in the eastern region.
His background and roots in Sierra Leone and abroad have proven to be invaluable, as it was in both Kono, Maryland and Minnesota where he forged his longstanding relationship with the current Vice President of Sierra Leone, The Honorable Alhaji Chief Sahr Samuel Sam-Sumana, Brigadier-General Komba SM Mondeh, Asst. Chief of Defense Staff, Colonel Keita, Commander of the RSL Military Police base in Freetown, and The Honorable Fengai Mani, Paramount Chief, Lei Chiefdom, Kono District. Mohamed is also a close friend and mentee of The Honorable Justice Rosulu John Bankole Thompson, Judge of the Special Court for the Republic of Sierra Leone.
